Ring and Spigot Tagging is Designed to increase the Production and for proper placement of Rings and Spigot as per Standard. This unit helps in Aligning the Position of Rings to equal distance and line which makes each ring propositional to each other.
This unit is pneumatically operated for clamping and de- clamping of vertical Rings and Spigot, we suggest making one tag on the rings and final welding on Spigot, Once Job shifted to Final Welding Machine, the job will be directly shifted to Painting section.
In our Opinion one should use Two Welding Manual Units to weld Rings and Spigot for Fastest Supply of welding job, After This now there is Role of Vertical Welding:-
This system is based on Circular welding on Rings with Pipe for Fastest production, Uniform Welding and it helps operator to be safe from burning skin of continuous welding process, By using this machine one can save the Consumption of CO2 Gas and proper welding thickness as per standard required and the production out comes will help them to be competitive in market through Fastest supply, clean and safe process of welding.
This Unit is base on 380-415 Volts 50 -60 Hz.( optional 220 volts ) Ac as input Supply and Controlled with SIEMENS make PLC system and Motor Drive, Clamping of Job and de- Clamping is Pneumatically operated for movement of Welding torches.
System Comes with Six/ Eight welding Mig Machines 400 Invertor/Diode base technology and Twelve Wire feeding Units with makes this machine more reliable and is capable to save the cost of Six/Eight machines because We have designed this to weld Six/Eight rings from right side in first welding operation and then automatically the same machines starts synchronies with other six wire feeder from left side welding operation, This option makes this machine perfect value of money spent of it.
This System has All machines are installed inside the Welding station and Panel buttons are in front of it, this makes it user friendly, Operator can adjust the welding speed and current from one place without any hustle and operator can start and stop machine instantly to avoid damage of welding job. Estimated Welding Duration of All Six Rings from Both sides is 90 Seconds with minimum 6mm Welding layer.
Before starting the welding process, adjust the welding torch mechanism to reach the welding position.
1 Fix the Ring Rosette with the Pipe with the help of pneumatic tagging fixture.
2 Make welding tag on Spigot and ring rosette with the pipe.
3 Load the Ring rosette tagged pipe on the welding Automatic Machine
4 Supplying shielding gas automatically and welding torch arrive the welding position automatically.
5 Welding torch Finish the welding as program automatically.
6 Tail stock moves to right and releases the welded pipe.
7 Unload the pipe manually.
8 then start from the first step.
