This system is based on Circular welding on Both Base Plate with Pipe and threaded Sleeve at the same time giving fastest production and Uniform Welding and it helps operator be safe from burning skin of continuous welding process, by using this machine one can save the Consumption of CO2 Gas and constantly exact welding thickness & penetration required as per standard. The production out comes will help them to be competitive in market by Fastest supply, clean and safe process of welding.

This Unit is based on 380-415 Volts 50 -60 Hz. Ac as input Supply and Controlled with DELTA make PLC system and Electric Motor make CROMPTON/SIEMENS/ BHARAT BIJLEE  operated with Variable frequency Drive to select various welding speed, Clamping of Job and de- Clamping is Pneumatically operated for movement of Welding torches. Adjustments of Length from 500mm to 3000mm. with wheel drive.

System Comes with Two welding Mig Machines 400 Amps and Wire feeding Units which makes this machine more reliable and it is capable to save the cost of aligning pipe with base plates without making pre welding tags, With one trigger of start switch the machines starts welding on both side on Base plates + Pipe and Pipe together at the same time, This option makes this machine perfect value of money spent of it.

This System has all required equipment to start welding operation. The Welding station and Panel buttons are in front of it, this makes it user friendly, Operator can adjust the welding speed and current from one place without any hustle and operator can start and stop machine instantly to avoid damage of welding job. Estimated Welding Duration of 40 Seconds with minimum 6mm Welding layers.

Overview of Machine

  1. Automatically Weld the circular seam on the joint between the Base plate and round pipe and threaded sleeve Welding process will be continual and steady. The machine will stop when the welding is finished.
  2. MAG welding method with push type wire feeder
  3. Equipped with 2 sets welding torch ,can weld double circle seam of both base plate and sleeve joint with pipe at the same time, or work separate as need .Machine can work continuously for 24-hour
  4. During the welding ,welding torch is fixed, while the workpiece is rotate
  5. Adopt DELTA make PLC, the welding torch walk speed is adjusted by inverter, sleepless adjustment, improve the reliability., Users can program by themselves as needed.
  6. The welding mode and specification can be preset, saved and recalled via touch screen. it is convenient to modify parameter and switch the status. Welding length, arc igniting, arc ending time.
  7. Welding process will be continual and steady. With uniform and smooth welding appearance.

Welding process :

Before starting the welding process, adjust the welding torch mechanism to reach the welding position.

1 Fix the Base Plate on tail stock , put the pipe on V type bearing blocks  and rest the threaded sleeve on resting guide provided on the machine.

2 Supplying shielding gas automatically and welding torch arrive the welding position automatically.

3 Welding torch finishes the welding as programed automatically.

4 Tail stock move to right and release the welded pipe with base plates and threaded sleeves all together at the same time.

5 Unload the pipe manually.

6 then start from the first step.
