This Unit is based on 380-415 Volts 50 -60 Hz. Ac as input Supply and Controlled with DELTA make PLC system and Electric Motor make CROMPTON operated with Variable frequency Drive to select various welding speed, Clamping of Job and de- Clamping is Pneumatically operated for movement of Welding torches. Adjustments of Length from 500mm to 3000mm. with wheel drive.
System Comes with Two welding Mig Machines 400 Amps and Wire feeding Units which makes this machine more reliable and it is capable to save the cost of aligning pipe with base plates without making pre welding tags, With one trigger of start switch the machines starts welding on both side on Base plates + Pipe and Pipe together at the same time, This option makes this machine perfect value of money spent of it.
This System has all required equipment to start welding operation. The Welding station and Panel buttons are in front of it, this makes it user friendly, Operator can adjust the welding speed and current from one place without any hustle and operator can start and stop machine instantly to avoid damage of welding job. Estimated Welding Duration of 40 Seconds with minimum 6mm Welding layers.
Before starting the welding the process ,adjust the welding torch mechanism to reach the welding position
8.1 Fix the Base Plate on tail stock , put the pipe on V type bearing blocks and rest the threaded sleeve on resting guide provided on the machine.
8.2 Supplying shielding gas automatically and welding torch arrive the welding position automatically.
8.3 Welding torch finishes the welding as programed automatically.
8.4 Tail stock move to right and release the welded pipe with base plates and threaded sleeves all together at the same time.
8.5 Unload the pipe manually.
8.6 then start from the first step
