Cups and lock pins Tagging system is Designed to increase the Production and for proper placement of Cups and Pins as per Standard. This unit helps in Aligning the Position of Cups to equal distance as 500mm.
This unit is pneumatically operated for clamping and de- clamping of vertical Cuplock , we suggest making one tag on each cup and final welding on lock pins , Once Job shifted to Final Welding Machine, the job will be directly shifted to Painting section.
This system is based on Circular welding on Cups with Pipe from three positions of cups for Fastest production and Uniform Welding and it helps operator be safe from burning skin of continuous welding process, By using this machine one can save the Consumption of CO2 Gas and weld with proper welding thickness on each single job as per standard required and the production out comes will help them to be competitive in market by fastest supply, clean and safe process of welding.
This Unit is based on 380-415 Volts 50 -60 Hz. Ac as input Supply and Controlled with Schneider make PLC system and Motor Drive, Clamping of Job and de- Clamping is Pneumatically operated for movement of Welding torches.
System Comes with Three welding Mig Machines 400 Amps DIODE BASE and Six Wire feeding Units with makes this machine more reliable and is capable to save the cost of Three Extra machines because We have designed this to weld Three Cups in first welding operation and then automatically the same machines starts synchronies with other three wire feeder on the next three Cups for welding operation, This option makes this machine perfect value of money spent of it.
This System has All machines are installed inside the Welding station and Panel buttons are in front of it, this makes it user friendly, Operator can adjust the welding speed and current from one place without any hustle and operator can start and stop machine instantly to avoid damage of welding job. Estimated Welding Duration of All Cups 55 Seconds with minimum 6mm Welding layers.
Before starting the welding, adjust the welding torch mechanism to reach the welding position.
8.1 Fix the bottom cups on the Pipe with the help of pneumatic tagging fixture.
8.2 Make welding tag on Spigot and Bottom cups with the pipe.
8.3 Load the tagged pipe on the welding Automatic Machine
8.4 Supplying shielding gas automatically and welding torch arrive the welding position automatically.
8.5 Welding torch Finish the welding as program automatically.
8.6 Tail stock moves to right and releases the welded pipe.
8.7 Unload the pipe manually.
8.8 Then start from the first step.
